Question?

Hey guys looking at some 19" x 8.5" rims with a 42 offset. Im planning on not dropping the car and was wondering if that a good offset for a 2004 auto TL?
any info would be helpful? Concering rubbing issues and in comparison with the wheel well Will it be flush? Thanks Jac

Tires would be 245/35/19

19inch-------> 19x8.5 40et w/ 245/35-19

19X8.5 40-45ET W/ 245/35-19

If I'm reading this correctly It looks like they should fit ok. But not sure if I'm reading this right
