plz somebody answer quick! TL a-spec rim question

whats the difference between

04-05 TL a-spec and 06-08 TL a-spec rims

can both of them be used without TPMS...? do they both have regular valve stem? etc....

If they are the same as the regular wheels, the '06-'08 have a larger area around the vlave for the TPMS sensors, but plain rubber valves can be used as in the '04-'05.
