Please help! Wheel Poll -Time Critical

Ronjon Devotion 1pF

Volk Progressiv TE Face 1

Little bit of a dilemna right now, I have my brakes coming, and the first thing I need to get done is the wheels. I was going to wait for the Ronjon Devotion 3 piece wheels, but that got all messed up and those wheels arent on the radar for anytime soon. And then I was going to wait for the new 1 piece Devotion wheel as well, but in the 19 inch size I will have to wait even longer for them, and it's really a waiting game, since the wheel casts arent even machined yet.

I found a set of 19inch Volk Progressiv TE in 19x8.5 +35 offset in Mercury Silver, in the USA, ready to ship to me. I can get them for $2600 for all 4 wheels, and $3200 with Toyo Proxes 4.

What do you guys think Devotion 1 piece in black or Mercury Silver Progressiv TE, btw my brakes are WDP in color.

I think the Devotions look better. They also look very similar to an HRE model.
Personally, they'll look meaner on the TL. The Volks are OK, but I can't get used to the 6 little metallic tabs.

Here is what the volks would look like on the TL, I know you have all seen pictures of the Devotion on a TL, but here is a picture just in case..

Those volks are sick dude but whats the price point on the 1pF devotions....I mean I heard the 3 piece wheels were going to be like $900 a pop but if the 1 piece are a lot cheaper than those volks that I would get those.

That's tough...not too sure about the 1pF's from the sketches I've seen...I need to see a real one - that pic is of a 3-piece...similar, but not the same...don't like the tabs too much on the Volk (that's not a photoshop, that's MugenR's car). If time is your issue, get the Volk's; otherwise, wait and see how the 1pF's turn out and then decide.

Price wise, the Devotions are going to be around $600 a wheel for Black w/ chrome lip, Ronjon said it is now impossible to get the polished lip due to high costs. They are 1 Piece Forged, and they look alot different than those Devotions around the spoke, but the spoke design is the same on the 3 piece and the 1 piece.

There are two versions of the Progressiv TE, the one I can get is Face 1 which does not have a concave look to it like the TE37. The Face 2 does have that concave look, and bends in around the center.

You guys are right, I do like the volks, and the more and more I see the prototype shots of the new devotion 1 piece, I'm thinking stay away.

There's just too much going on with these new devotions for me, too much stuff to distract from my brakes and everything else...

These are some shots of the 1pF wheels, what do you think, too much going on, your stylish?

Er....shouldn't you wait till the BBK's been installed before ordering your wheels? What if the wheels don't clear the calipers?

I went with Insypres, I went up to LA to get my headlights smoked, and the guy with the volks SOLD THEM!! Right out from underneath me! I was really upset, and I decided the inspyres will look good and be alot cheaper. They fit my brakes really well too
