I don't care for either, but more important is the fact that neither will fit our TL.

Lawaia is right, they won't fit on a TL with those kind of offsets.

offsets are too low as well as the bolt patterns are not compatible with our tls

Either one has a very low offset, plus the second has a wrong pattern for lugs. You should go with at least +45 for the offset and the lug pattern is 5x114.3 or 5x4.5
