Question Offset Questions... Need sum Input Pleeze

So my 05 TL is lowered on H&R race springs so the gap between the fender and top of the wheel is gone. there still is about 1/2-3/4 of an inch between the inside of the fender and outside of the wheel. I am going to eventually get 5zigen GN+ 18x8.5 What would be a good offset for the wheels without any rub action?

I'd say nothing below +35. +40 would be optimal if you don't want to rub at all.

Stock wheel offset is +45. Stay between +45 and +35 and you wont rub. The lower you go, the more aggressive it will look since lower offsets bring the wheels out away from the body.
