Offset question

If a wheel with a offset of 35 will fit the 6mt TL, will the same wheel with a offset of 45 fit?
I'm new to wheel shopping.

not necessarily, it depends on teh wheel width and the spoke design.

What will the difference be for the same wheel but with 35 offset and 45 offset?
