OEM Suspension
Is the OEM suspension covered under warranty for up to a certain mile?
Has anyone had to replace their suspension already? Especially if you live in a city with very bad roads like NYC.

Yes and no...if a coilover failed due to being faulty, yes; if it blew out because you hit every pot hole on the road, no - that's wear and tear, just like brakes, bulbs, tires, etc. If the part is faulty, it's covered up to 4 yr/50k mi.

I doubt you'd have to pay them to look at it to determine it was blown...like taking you car in to have a rattle fixed...if they can't duplicate it (can they ever?), they don't charge for looking for it.
The catch, in my opinion, would be proving faulty equipment...if it's a known problem, that's one thing, but if you're the only one, it will be harder to prove. Don't really know about that...is the tech smart enough to determine this? Does the part have to be analyzed by some expert somewhere? I'm in dark about that.
