Noob Question: How to Adjust Ride Height on Shocks
Hello all.
Ok ive tried searching, but could not find an answer. I know on coils such as Teins, there is a tool you can use to turn it and you can adjust ride height like that.
But how would one adjust ride height on shocks such as Koni Yellows with the 3 perches or Neuspeeds with 5 perches? Does the whole strut need to come off and each time and spring re-compressed before the perch position can be changed?
I ask because i live in the great white north and while a slammed stance is nice, my car will become a plow in the winter. So adjustability is something i value
Thanks in advance, and sorry if this has already been addressed

Yup...you'd have to diassemble them to adjust the perch. I have Eibachs and Koni Sports (Yellows) and I just set them on the botton perch in the front and middle perch in the rear....& one turn from full soft for dampening.
I'm in Ottawa with crappier roads than in T.O. and I honestly don't think that you'd want to go any lower than that. Ride would be horrible and you'd risk tearing off your spoiler in the Winter.
