New Wheels

Just got these wheels online. Was wondering if 18x9.5 +38 offset wheels would be okay with 235/40/18 tires all around.

Easily. 245/40 would be fine as well.

I want 245 but i'm worried it will rub. I'm lowered on tein S tech. What do you guys think? 235 or 245, i'm still trying to decide.

I ran 255/40 on 18 x 9.5 +40 lowered with no rubbing at all, and you're only 2mm out from there.
