Didn't have a chance to get many pics but I am really interested in finding out what exact finish these are I picked them up off eBay a few days ago. I posted in the wheels forum but not sure many people actually look there. Do these look like ebony finish? If so any touchup paint that anyone is aware of that might decently match to fix some nicks?


---Also regarding the rims WOW what a difference from stock I am still on stock suspension and the handling is like 5X better and still very smooth actually a lot of the smaller bumper and dips in the rood are less noticeable to me now. I have the Tein SS suspension sitting waiting to be installed but if I had installed these rims first I might not have even bought it. The handling is so much better and the gap is not hardly bad IMO, better then stock gap.

Those are the ebony finish. They look really good on black. I had a hard time choosing between those or the chrome look but rolled the dice and went with the chrome. NICE!!

I got them off craigslist traided my very scuffed stock wheels with bald tires for the A specs plus 450. The A Specs also had fairly new 80% Hankook ventus v12 tires so far the best tires I have every owned actually!

Roger, looks good. But I definitely think you'll like it more with the Tein SS on there.

It looks like you have the 2004 gunmetal wheels to me... The ebony is a black chrome and looks much more shiny.

I have the gunmetal wheels also and they look the same. Are they 18 x 8.5"?

Look like the Ebony finish to me.. What's holding you back on installing the Tein SS?? Do you have new tophats for them or do you need to take the stock ones off? I can help you do the install as I'm the one that did the swap on Tylers car for him.. Shouldn't take more than 2-4 hrs

Its mostly a mix of time and I had to get my car to the dealer this past week to get a few TSBs addressed before my factory warranty runs out, I didn't want any reason for them to relate my issues to the suspension. I currently don't have new tophats and have been considering getting them just have 2 complete sets. I do however have a spring compressor and have done this about 10 times on my Acura legend so i'm familiar with the process. I appreciate the offer though do you live in Raleigh?
