Vido - I think Sparkle will create a better contrast with your car color. For me, I prefer wheels that do not have the same color as my car (like black car with black center faced wheels). It doesn't create much of a contrast. In turn, I also dislike having wheels that are overbearing, such as chromed wheels or wheels that are too blinged*. They will take away the lines and curves of the car instead of complimenting.

Total cost of wheels = $2350
Total cost of tires (moutning/balance)= $800
Total wait time = 3 months

Honda

thanks for the reply.... I am actually OK with the color looking the same as my car.. I am going to do some shows starting in january and I need to match the theme in my trunk (since that TOO will be Antracite) I was wondering if the wheels looked REALLY close to that color.. Can you let me know. I normally would NOT want the color to be the same but the shop that is going to (hopefullY) sponsor me wants the theme to match.

Can you let me know???

Thanks

Ryan

I have gunmetal SF Winnings on my AM and the color does not match perfectly. It's close but if you look carefully you can see it doesn't match. Click the PICS link in my sig to see for yourself.

Thanks again for the replies....

They look like the match pretty damn close.. I can't really tell from the pics... I would really like to see it in person, but being from FL I don;t think that is possible.

It does look sweet though... I REALLY like the SF wheels... Volk in general are great.

Ryan

Just have to decide on some rims soon... My stock look is getting old.

I must applaud the good taste. Very nice Hondasaurus. Does the SF Challenge come in 18's as well?

And, did you buy the rims online or from a physical store?

How much do they weigh? I don't want to add any weight if possible while upgrading wheels/tires and as it tends to kill the acceleration and handling.

zoom out please, kinda want to see the whole car with it. its very nice so far, just curious how it all looks together. also damn those brembos are pretty big, even 19inch rims have just a little clearance left.

You all know that it's been raining lately in Southern CA. I haven't had time getting it washed yet.

However, if you all wish, I can snap some photos of a dirty car with dirty rims during lunch and post them.

The stance is great. My previous thread on Tein Basic Review: https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=102093

As for weight of the rims: I believe it's 27lbs-30lbs w/ tires on.

As for the place that sold the wheel package: Discount Tires, El Monte

Looks great! Have you considered the a-spec body kit? It would make it look more sporty/aggressive with those rims...

Absolutely stunning my friend.. I think I'm going to purchase either those wheels or another set of Volks... I am driving up to LA next week to get my front headlights smoked and cleared, and I will have a couple hours to kill, how far is the shop you purchased those wheels from in relation to Glendale? Thanks man for your time...
