New 07 Type S
I just got my new wdp type s, the ride is stiff as it is i live in new york and travel between long island and upstate ny frquently haveing to go through nasty potoholes at 60 mph in our new york highways. so i was wondering, how would 19-20s look on a stock tl? does anyone have a stock type s with rims on it. i hate how stock cars with big rims look like they are on stilts. the last thing i want is my pretty baby to look like a circus clown. so someone please help because i want to make a discion soon. i know a drop is always good but if she can look pretty and not take a fall i would really like it.

Welcome jpmunoz.
I also commute daily from Long Island to White Plains. Hate the traffic and the potholes. I just got my car too. I actually like the stock TL-S wheels. They are different than the usual silver rims.
I may get new rims with my first tire change, but that should give me at least 30-40K miles to think about it.
Enjoy your new baby

I am just wanting to help here....
I think we need to ask "jpmunoz" what is his goal.
From reading the his post, it sounds like his goal is to get a softer, less harsh suspension. And, it sounds like that he is wanting to go with larger wheels to accomplish his goals without first asking if larger wheels will produce a softer ride.
Please clarify "jpmunoz". Is your primary goal is to have a softer ride, or for improved appearance ?
