need your opinion on wheels for silver 04 tl
its time for me to buy new tires, the cheap kumho's are shot on my stock wheels, so i figured why not buy some wheels while im at it. my car is silver and im driving myself crazy trying to figure out what would look the best on it. i have been thinking black wheels with a chrome lip or chrome look apec, or even silver axis hiro, any opinions would be appreciated. i just want something that looks awesome and hate to spend the money and be dissapointed.

i originally wanted chrome, but for some reason to me some cars that are silver dont look that good with chrome wheels as opposed to other color cars. my only concern is that the black wheels wont look that good at night driving down the road.

A-Specs look great. Granted quite a few people have them, but they aren't over done I don't think.
Post some links to some wheels you are considering.

Yeah i think gunmetal looks great on ASM and SSM, personally i'm not a fan of black rims takes away from the classy look which i like in the TL.
Also might consider whether you want 17, 18, or 19 inch rims. Tirerack.com has an option to view wheels on your car, granted the rim selection is limited, might help you make up your mind.
I save pictures of cars i like when i see them on the forums here, of course rim choice is different from person to person. Here are some i like (I apologize for not giving credit to the owners)

well thanks for all the advice guys. after comtimplating for months on what to get i went out today and just bought new michelin all season pluses for my stock wheels. paid 792 with tax at costco. i wanted 19's bad, but if i got that size wheel i would be putting out 1300 dollars on a nice set of michelins for them. i would have probably always had to buy nexens or something like that and i love my michelins.

do yall think if i just lowered the car a little bit that it would make the car look better and possibly make the wheels look a little bigger ? lol ! and if so which lowering kit should i go with ?

Lowering the car makes it look so much better. Much more aggressive I think, even if you are rollin on stockies.
Most people would advise you not just getting springs though. They can prematurely wear out your stock shocks and such. Quite a few people have the Koni Yellow Shocks matched up to some sort of spring, mostly TEIN or H&R.
