Need thread size on ES bushing install for RBS

For Comptech RSB install with ES greaseable bushings:
Everywhere I look says to get M8 x 25mm. The 25mm is the length of the bolt. What is the thread size that is needed (i.e. 1.0, 1.25, etc)?
I'm hoping to install this tomorrow if possible.

M8x25 button head hex screws are all you need to know, as far as I can tell there is not any "x" threads per mm specification required. get the button heads that you install w/ an allen wrench if you want to make your install easy.

Problem is I can't find a local place with the button head hex screws. The have M8 screws/bolts that are 25mm long but there are several different thread sizes. I was hoping to find the neccessary srews at 25mm long local instead of having to wait for an internet order.

remove another 8mm bolt from your vehicle and use that as a guage, they are all the same thread pitch on the car.............I would even go as far as saying its a "standard" metric pitch. I would definitely order the button heads or you will be wishing you did when your under the car trying to tighten the hex heads

Figured it out when I got to the hardware store.
The size is M8 x 1.25 and 25mm long. I didn't use the button heads as they didn't have any at Ace hardware. But they did have the Hex Cap head (more of a cylindrical head) and I got those. The worked fine on the install. I now have the sway bar on, I just have to go test it out.
Thanks for the responses.

good deal! either will work and I think both benefit from washers being used in any case.
