Need Help... :P

hi guys,
I have a 2005 TL Base model
and I need to know if it will work. I am about to buy a set of rims,
size is 19x8.5 front with +30; tire size 225/35/19
rear is 19x10 with +38; tire size 235/35/19
the guy said it would not fit, but it seems like it will after reading and doing so many research here, but... I just want a couple of comformation... he said no refund if it doesnt fit, and its $2800 so. I want to make sure!
I am also slammed with teins coilovers, i can rais if i need to.
will they work?
and are these tires sizes the best choice to go with??

the front will fit. the back will fit also. main thing is you will have to roll the fender maybe a pull. im running x9 +22 and im rubbing with a pull.

get some more input from others. seems like its from a g35?

Speaking of the back, you're 10" +38 would only be 1/8" less than above and he rubs with a pull.

Cut a piece of carboard 1.25" (1 1/4"), and add that to your stock wheel/tire in the rear. That is where the new combination will reside.
For the front you'll be seeing the wheel/tire combo extending out another 13/16" from the stock location. Give that a try also, then you can be the judge if you want to go through rolling/pulling.

I just measured, and 1.25" seems like its going to be hitting the fender! even rolled!
Now, I am not sure what to do...
Please someone with this same width and close offset, if you can share some info...
and pictures would be verrrrryyy helpful...

also, what do you think of the tires sizes!!!???
