I think the offset will clear my brembo's. My 3G isn't dropped yet, but will eventually drop it with Eibach Pro Kit + Koni Yellows (already have them, just have not had time to install them). Will I ran into issues of rubbing?

Nice Wheels humm IDK about +45 clearing your brembos, I have this offset on my 20" and i needed spacers for the front cause the rim wouldn't fit without scraping my brembos. I would pick em up anyways if check them out if you like them a lot. If anything go to a Wheel shop or Pep boys and buy the smallest spacers they sell. May run you 10-30 bucks for two. I got mines from a Rent-a-Wheel local shop.
