I've never heard of Truhart. Go for something other Acurazine members have used before like TEIN, H&R, ISC, Megan Racing, etc.

TruHart coilover review
I have a 2008 TL and just had the TruHart StreetMax coilovers installed. The stance looks amazing but the ride quality is poor to say the least. I am not sure if I have a defective set but the ride quality is worse than stock, very soft and mushy and they sound/feel like they are bottoming out with any bump. I completely understand they are the least expensive coil over system on the market so I didn't expect too much but I am extremely disappointed and will most likely go back to the stock set up unless I can get some advice from people that have them. I don't know anything about preload or coil over systems as this is my first time using them. My advice, be patient, save more money and get the brands that are known to be a good product.

justn's quote about your name is cracking me up haha
not surprised they are that horrible...should have gone tein or bc
raise your car off the ground and check the springs. are they loose and can rattle in place? they should have a small amount of preload with the car off the ground...meaning when you grab the springs and move them up an down they don't move. they should be slightly compressed. i'd start there. is there any dampening adjustments (i assume no)...if there are, make them stiffer so you don't bottom out.
other than that i'd suggest going to tein, you can get some high quality coilovers from tein for about 600 now

Preload is good, no rattle. The perches are nice and tight. I don't believe the damping is adjustable but the customer service department at TruHart seems to believe they are 32 way adjustable. I'm working with them to help resolve the problem (if possible). They seem to think the bottoming out noise/feel is the upper control arm hitting the body during compression if I have it lowered too much.
