marrying new TPMS sensors to the car

marrying new TPMS sensors to the car

Hi guys,

I just bought a second set of mags with winter tires and i added the tpms sensors...question is how do you reset or "marry" thenew sensors to the car?

Anybody know, i don't feel like going to the dealer...

No programming is required. The car should automatically pick them up.

No apparently dealer told me that they have to program them to your car...is it a ploy to get me to go there??? i remember changing a damaged one last year and the dealer reprogramed it...

dealers trying to get you in there... I switched wheels more than my sneakers when I had my tl-s... tpms if correct model is purchased will automatically be read by the car

ok cool thanks for the info, I will be installing the new mags and winter tires this week end and we'll see what happens, thanks for the info and i'll keep you posted.

Mr. Stillhere is correct... they are plug and play... no programming is required...

Well you guys were correct, put them on drove for a while and the sensors were picked up by the car- Damn Dealers always try to screw you...Luckily for AZ and guys like u to help us out Thanks!
