made tpms bomb worked then failed...
put my vsxx on yesterday and i made the tmps bomb i had no errors but then tonight all of a sudden i got a tpms error..what could of cause this issue?

stuff them in the pvc pipe sealed it and drilled a hole for the valve stem filled it up to 35psi..

You're right, I guess the bomb did explode.
Don't try and save money, do it the right way and you'll find no problems.

I just had my wheels drilled when I purchased them and I had no problems getting the TPMS in.
