Lowest drop w/o a camber kit and 19" wheels??? TEIN SS
So my Volks and Tein SS should be in the end of this week and I was wondering what do you think the lowest I can go w/o camber issues? I was going to do a 1.75" drop all around, guys with Tein SS help me here! Thanks.

I am currently set-up at 12.5 inches from the bottom of the fender to the center of the hub...about 1 finger all the way around. The alignment and camber are within "specs" however, the inner tire is wearing a faster then the rest. I could have gotten more miles if I had rotated more often and reversed the tires a couple of times (moved inside to outside) I may raise it another .25'' when I get new tires in a couple of weeks to see what happens...I try to get as many miles possible out of $900 worth of tires
Here's a pic when I had sero finger gap and the alignment and camber were way off...

ChicoOG how do you get rid of TMPS error? I put my 17" TE-37's on my car today and I got the TMPS error.

Dam that is one hot TL you have there. Love what you did to the headlights to match the paint color of your ride.

I dont think you need a camber kit, just get a wheel alignment and that will be good. I got my Tein SS put in on Friday and I got the alignment done yesturday. The place I got the alignment done from, they told me to get a camber kit, but Im not because everything else is aligned and is fine.

Thanks Kevin...been swamped doing life stuff. Are you still planning on selling your TL? I am still contemplating the performance upgrades (SC, Exhaust, UR Pulley, etc...)

You can get by without a camber kit...however, your inner tires will wear down pretty quickly. In the long run, it is cheaper to have the car a little higher or get the camber kit...tires start getting expensive if you have to switch them out every 15K...just my
