Lowering questions

Good evening yall, have an 07 base TL I'm planning on lowering this weekend. I'm using Tein Flez Z's. I'm probably going to drop it from 1-1.5 inch. Should I replace the LBJ or any thing else. Or should I be fine with an inch drop. Don't want my axle to go kachow. TIA

replace the balljoints and replace axles while you have it apart. Stock ones will be worn and vibrate a ton after lowering, common issue.

How are the roads where you are? If they're anything like the ones here in the NYC/NJ area which can be like driving on the moon, then DON'T LOWER IT!

The condition of the roads around here are exactly why I never got the A-Spec suspension.

LOL. Good one.

You'll be fine. With a 1 or 1.5" drop. Even those Flex won't ride too bad on your roads.

Surprised that people are recommending ball joints. But...I would really encourage you to buy a factory (Honda/Acura) ball joint from a dealership or reputable seller.
