Looking at getting a set of xxr 521's

Are the hub rings needed and will I also need the longer lug nuts?

Btw the rims are 18x8.5 +25

hub rings are always needed with aftermarketr wheels and I would go with aftermarket lugnuts but I don't understand why they would need to be longer?

I actually stayed oem and just picked up a set of 18" a specs so I should be ok
