Leaking tire pressure

My rear left tire constantly is slowly losing pressure- inflated to 32psi three days ago, drove about 150 mi, and now it's at 22 or so. Probably going to get it replaced...

although i really have no idea, i did install the rear sway bar last week. could it be off balance or not evenly torqued, causing more pressure on the left tire? might sound really stupid but that's the only other thing i can thikn of... otherwise theres a slow leak in my tire.

It's most likely a slow leak. Slowly drive backwards or forwards and have someone look at the tire to see if there's a nail or some other foreign object in the tire. If it's not in the sidewall, you can probably get it repaired.

if you get it patched make sure they do it from the inside. Also check your rims for dents, could be leaking there. since you are in Cali its not temperature, and the car is not old enough for it to be rim corrosion. I wish the TL had TPMS, not to get off topic.

If you can't find a leak in the other two posts as noted, check the valve stem. Sometimes they aren't seated properly and air can escape there. Also check to make sure that the valve itself did not stick open last time you put air in it. In any event, this should be an easy fix unless the sidewall has been compromised.

Just take it to a "Discount Tire" location.... They will find the leak and if the tire, fix for free...

I have a 96 Chrysler Sebring Convertible that has the same problem. Sometimes it can go 3 months with no problem, then I go out one day and it is flat. I've taken it to 3 different places and they have found no leak. The last time I took it off and submerged it in water and could find no leak. I put a can of 'Fix-a-flat' in this past weekend and I'll see if this does any good. This car doesn't get driven much so I'm thinking about putting a tube in it.

Geez just replace the dam tire. I would not want to rely on a tire that is unpredictable and could possibly cause you to lose control of the vehicle and cause serious injury.
