on which set up to purchase for a 3G. Ultimately I am looking for a lower, aggressive stance with a slightly stiffer ride.

K Sports are track inspired and are firm. They have more adjustability than the TEIN's, both in ride height and damping.
TEIN's are better suited for a daily driver who wants improved handling and a good amount of lowering but without the stiffness of the K Sports.
