I thought long and hard with the decision to go with 18 instead of 19, as I see the consensus rolls with 19. But I am looking for a "classy", not too flashy, close-to-stock look. Unfortunately I cannot stand any of the stock rims. My biggest fear with after-market is that I will pop 'em on and will not get a smooth ride. I assume that the centering rings will do what they need to.

I purchased the 18X8 with a 40 offset along with ExtremeContact DW 235/40/18. Any experience, comments, and suggestions are welcomed. Will not see the delivery for about 2 weeks. They will arrive mounted and balanced

TL is a 2007 with no drop.

for what you are looking for, I think they are a pretty good choice. I am sure people will tell you to drop the car and all but if you are not into that, 18s is the way to go on stock height. 19s look super stupid if not lowered.
