just got my gold vs-xx in and i was wondering if i need to run spacers to clear the brembos? the specs on the wheels are 19x8.5 45 offset as for tpms im gonna get a set online so i dont need to take them off my stockies. how would i go about installing them into the works and do i need to take it to the dealer to programed them?

you just install them either using a strap or a bracket from iforged. They should automatically sync up to the sensor in the wheel well. As for the wheels it all depends on what kind of disk you bought the wheels at they will determine what size of space will be needed or if it is needed.

with a 40-45 offset we should we be ok right? im about to purchase my rims soon and was told 40mm will fit our tl-s's.

I just ordered my vs-xx as well, as far as I know, you need to get the r-disk to clear brembos. Offset is just how far in or pushed out you want it.
A-disk: standard
R-disk: big brakes (brembos)
O-disk: deep dish

i was told 10mm spacers will clear brembos too?

to clear this up for some people. i just put my volk gt 7's on today. 19x8 with a 40mm offset. i barely clear the brembos. im still going to get 5mm spacers, most like h&r to be on the safe side and more flush.

now trying to figure out how to fix the tpms error..
