Ok i just bought a set of rims of of ebay they are 18x7.5 with a +40 offset. Now I'm not planning on lowering my ride. So will I have any problems of rubbing or anythiung like that if I just switch the rims out?

Offset is a bit too low. If you drop your ride, chances are high that you will rub.
