interchangeable TPMS sensor vehicles

ok, i know that the TSX TPMS won't fit on the TL, but how about the MDX ones?
will they fit?

-also, is there a place i can purchase the black section that allows the cap to be tied down to?

your help will be greatly appreciated!!

sensors for type s 04-06 mdx and rl are the same according to part #

42753-STK-A02 <- mdx n tsx 07+

07 mdx = tsx
