look at the sticky thread named 3g garage wheels/tires/suspension, it should be the 3rd post down from the top...there is a link in there to a DIY for the a spec coil overs and there is a link in that thread that has the install instructions from acura. I just used that and it was really helpful...

Use the garage section, there are 1 or 2 write up there. I read them over a few times to make sure I knew the installation fairly well before I installed mine. They are pretty much spot on! Any specific questions on the install, i'm sure people will chime in!

Good luck!

Buy all the top hats and OEM suspension components that you're gonna have to reuse. It will make the installation so much faster and easier... I feel.

Believe it or not, the hardest part about doing the suspension install is taking off the back seat I did mine in less than 3 hours.

Simple, besides the rear seat removal to get to the rear struts. Fronts only need the bolts around the struts removed, and 2 bolts under the car: one holding the fork to the lower arm and the other holding the fork to the strut. The rear is 1 bolt under the car that holds the strut to the knuckle and the bolts behind the rear seats.

Read it, memorize it, print it, whatever you do, follow the instructions.
