I got something stuck on the wheel hub stud

so i the stud fit perfectly in this piece so i kept tightening it cause i thought it would help unlock the wheel but it jus got stuck cause i cant use the same lug nut on the end method to loosen it cause lug nut just unscrews from the stud end of the piece. what do i do to remove it?

LOL...I think that's the tow hook extension...
that is fkng hilarious. I would imagine a big set of locking pliers would be able to remove it!

Place a pipe over the tire iron to give you extra leverage.
That should release it.
Next thing to inspect are the threads on the hub. Make sure they're not stripped.

the non 6 sided end is inside the wheel...it's not leverage he needs, it's grip.

Oh shot. I saw this post at around 8:30 this morning and was slike . WTF is OP talking about?

But now it's just after 10:30pem and I'm like I now understand what OP did.

It took me 14 hours to comprehend.

That's gotta be a record. And not a good one.

Get a pipe wrench and use it to take that dinglehopper off.

Or just leave it on. Theft deterrent.

Also, why TF did you put that on the wheel lug? .

It's like the kid that got his pecker stuck in the vacuum cleaner nozzle. I mean, I can understand the fundamentals of how you got yourself into the situation, but like, why?

*Why* did you do that?

Please tell me, because I want to remember to explain to my kid why not to do this.

If I read it correctly, he was using the thought process of installing a bolt on those rotors to back it off the hub...

Except these are wheels.

Part it out OP
