i <3 Tein Super Street =)

Tein Super Street Dampers...thanks to all the guys who went to the inland minimeet at King of Pain's pad that helped me install them...

Rims are Privat 19x8 +30mm offset....special thanks to JLB Motorsports 951.734.4411 for the rims, tires, and teins... i <3 JLB

The ride is ultra smooth...it's more firm than stock by just a tad...i haven't messed too much with adjustment yet...i've only driven the car like 2 miles...the coilovers are set at 8 in the front and 8 in the rear (16 is firmest, 1 is softest)

Nice ride. The drop is perfect and I personally wouldn't make it any lower. I was looking into getting those wheels for my 99TL-P but I dont think 19's with that offset would work. I think the highest the offset comes in that wheel is 40(sucks) but sweet ride. Thumbs up playa!!!

Looks great!!! I would lower the front another 1/2 inch just so it doesn't look like your rear is sagging. But I love how the rear looks with no finger gap.

i've only driven the car 2 miles so i'm sure the front will settle a little...the rear looks totally dump, but it's not because i had about 80lbs in the trunk...i had a jack, two jack stands, all the tools and my old shocks not to mention a 12" sub and amp...

Let me know if you help with the body kit.

hahah.. yeah man.. i'm at 16 front and rear.. not my type of ride.. when getting on it, with the power that the car makes, it's not as stable as it was with the comptech springs.. plus i've been in mark's car with the koni/comptech setup and i prefer it. anyway.. we all have to meet up again.. your car is hot!! i got a few pics of it.. looks crazy

well u said u dont feel the differance when u adjust it, so recommendding u to put it at 8 and 8 wouldnt help right?....but if u feel more comfortable driving with the koni/comptech setup then thats all that counts, just let me know how it is and next time we meet again i gotta get a ride, i never got a chance to get a ride with that combo. ohh btw can u email me the pics u took at the meet? i forgot my camera home that day.lol...thanks man

so it looks like it's settled in a bit? the rear now has nothing except my sub box in the trunk and it's just as low as it was before with about 100lbs in the trunk...

front is definately lower...i rubbed today going up a drive way so i'm gonna have to raise it up just a tad

overall...i still love them...awesome coilovers...very quiet ride still...no suspension noise what so ever and the ride is great with 19s

you're going to raise it more?? I think it's too high as it is. If you keep it that height you might as well use the aspec springs!! NO need for the coils. I have Tein STech and I know I'm sitting lower than that?!? what gives??

and just my personal opinion but get rid of the mudflaps. I was so happy I did. Makes my wheels look so much better! Plus, we live in cali, there isn't much rain or mud!!

Uh no. That ride height is MUCH lower than an A-Spec drop. I should know...I have the A-Spec.

Unless of course you were exaggerating...in which case...carry on...

mud flaps are coming off this weekend when i put on my A-spec lip kit...

now the whole thing about understeer...FWD drive cars generally understeer...now that your putting 9.5s in the back, my guess is you're doing 8.5s in the front or else it'll look wack...and since you're doing that...wider tires in the rear i'm sure? maybe a 265? 275? what that will do is make the rear end have more traction...which in turn wont let the rear end "swing" around like it's suppose to on a FWD...so in other words...understeer is when you want the car to go in one direction, and it doesn't...oversteer is when you start doing donuts...or something like that...but if you don't drive your car hard...stagger that son of a...=)

Now your fronts are looking good. Barely any finger gap which is the way I like it. If you went with 235/35/19's, you would of cleared rubbing for the fronts. I have the same tires as you but 235/35/19's and my tires are tucked under the fender. No rubbing issues. So I assume it is because of your 245 tires. But it is looking good. Can't wait to see more pics after your Aspec Kit is installed.

Looks pretty clean. Do you like how they feel? I have Tein Super Streets on my Accord and I don't really like them... they are too soft for my tastes.
