HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO DO A 1" drop

Well the Comptech spring kit is $239, I think that might be for each individual spring, though. And then you would have to consider installation time will run about 2 hours. So maybe $1,000 give or take.
If you want to, though, although I don't recommend doing so because it will potentially ruin the suspension, you could cut your stock springs.

$239 is for the entire set (frt & rear) and installation can start at about $200 and up depending on where you take it. You can also check with the vendors (Excelerate & MrHelelToe) in the Sponsored Sales & Group Buys forum. A number of the guys will say DIY. Ask for an assist, just maybe someone can give a hand. I wouldn't even think about cutting springs.

I think the REAL answer here is...How much do you want to spend? There are a LOT of ways to do this from the comptech springs (alone) going over your existing struts ($400 or so) to the A-Spec strut replacement ($595 + install and you can "do it yourself or pay someone around $300) to the Tein Basic's to the Teins over the A-spec to the fully adjustable. All prices increase as funtionality increases. There are a LOT of threads on this and no reason to create a new one. Use the search functions on this site to find the details.
