Help with TPMS and new wheels

So I purchased a set of TPMS off ebay for my new wheels and had them installed a few weeks ago. after about a day they stopped working so I had the seller send me a new set which was being installed today. My mechanic just called to tell me that although they are the right sensors, the car is not picking them up. The wheels are TPMS compatible so that's not the issue

Anyone expereince somthing like this and care to chime in?

Thanks!

I have nothing showing and the light came on as soon as they were installed. The first set did the same thing. Don't have the part. Umber but here's the king to what I purchased.

How many miles have you driven with these sensors on? It takes some mileage for the sensors and receivers to connect/pickup the readings

Not much- just had them installed today. Guess I'll give it a few days.

Thanks for the info!
