I am looking to buy these wheels. [IMG][/IMG]

Here is the specs on the rims.

Rim Width: 19X8.5 19X10
Offset: +35 / +40

I will also be getting Tein Street Basis Coilovers. Im not sure about the tire width but imma go with like 35. I basically want to know in order to be flush in the rear with the rims being a 10 wide. Do i have to roll my fenders. Thanks in advanced
