Hello, My other vehicle is a 97 gmc jimmy SLT 4 x 4 and I am having some trouble with it. When I turn the wheel either backing out of a parking spot or turning a corner I hear a loud pop or bang coming from under the truck. Does anyone have any ideas of what it could be? I know this isnt regarding my TL but figured someone could help me out.. Thanks!!

 

First I would check the CV joints/boots to be certain they are not torn and a cv joint is gone, but if it's felt in the steering I might suspect that the PS/shaft might be going.
