Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have some 19 inch chrome rims & when the dealer rotated my tires today, the inside of where the bolts go (the 5 lug part) got scratched.

What can i do? there is no cosmetic disadvantages however how i can fix the problem and prevent oxidation and rust.......................
