H&R Sports Spring with what shocks? Please help

Sup fellow 3g TL lovers!
I'm need in this forum and ever since I had my car I been looking in here for problems or ideas for my 2007 tl type s.

I'm looking to lower my car and I recently bought some h&r sports spring the I notice my rear passenger side shock is some what leaking and now I don't want to put my h&r on the stock shocks. What do you guys recommend with the h&r sports spring? Or should I just go all out and get a whole new set? Let me know I'm itching to get my car dropped. And btw I live in the city..so I want a decent drop but not too crazy.

Options are Koni (popular choice), Tokico HTS. Others will advise to just get coilovers.

Search and you will find many opinions, reviews, etc.

70,000 miles on 2007 tl type s and the rear passenger shock is leaking normal? Pretty sure if it's like that then my other forks are about to be the same is that right? And what I'm saying is I shouldn't even bother getting just an oem replacement. Right?

well you have to ask yourself, how is the ride now? if its fine and you like it then simply replace it. otherwise, get the koni since you can adjust the firmness and you will also know the springs are paired with a shock to handle the springs. IMO, you are in need of replacement. now is the best time to upgrade - if funds allow, of course.
