you may have something bent in the RF suspension- control arm or something
The caster is an imaginary vertical line and the tires relation to it- there is NO adjustment for it and if its off- that means something bad is wrong!!!
Your camber and toe are fine- it should turn into the corners nicely too with the negative camber
Thats low enough neg camber number that no funky tire wear will occur

last year this time i got hit by a pole that fell off a truck.. yes the pole hit me! and it fucked up my whole front end along with my complete right side suspension, subframe and motor mounts.. plus a lot more ..
are you suggesting that a control arm is still bent?

I cant diagnose from here- perhaps if you moved the modem closer to the car....
SOMETHING is bent- I cant say what- but the alignment shop should be able to!
All they need to do is look and see whats not the same as the other side.
Could be a few things

did you lower it after you got it back- and never did the alignment?
- or is this how they gave it back to you? with those numbers?
Few acura dealerships do crash repair in -house- , being easier to subcontract out to a shop that specializes in that. If the job was done wrong or incomplete, they have a liability- and if your insurance paid for it they can always amend the claim and add whatever.
Of course that would depend if they did an alignment at the time of repair- should have, and seen the caster prob.
If all was well when car was returned- you took a road hit since then. Welcome to life on Earth
