lol ^ get coilovers if you want good performance and a stiffer ride..and adjustability or get springs for just a drop.. one is like 500-800 new/used and the other is 100-300 new/used.. of course coilovers are better

what makes you think coilovers are better?
just cuz you can adjust height with a twist of a wrench doesn't mean they're automatically better.. imo..
if performance is what you're lookin for, i'd go with just shock spring setup like koni yellows with H&R race or sport.
coilovers are more of a burden depending on where you live and how well you keep them maintained (oiling and cleaning the threads often so they don't seize.)

learn something about the car first before you start buying shit. Understand it. It seems to me like you just want a car with rims to show off how cool you are or something. Look through this forum, tire&wheel section, problem section, photo gallery and search up on it. Don't just rush into shit you don't understand.
And yea, those wheels would look good on a dark blue TL, but they would look like shit if you had a foot gap between the wheel and the fender.
I got a suspension, progress springs and tokico blues shocks for about 450$-500$, lowered the car 1.5" all around, car handles amazing and it looks good even on stock rims.
