Talking Getting new Rims

hey guys,
i've been reading this site for a while but haven't
posted much. i got a 2002 tl (didn't have the extra
2g's for tls, college student) and i'm getting new
rims and i've pretty much decided on Dronell M05, but
just wondering if anyone has any other suggestions
or if they know anyone with these rims so i know
the true quality of the work.
thanks

As for suggestion of wheel goes... it really depends on what kind of car you want your TL to look like... (of course this is just my opinion). Some people like to give their TL more a "racer" look... (multi spokes wheels- i.e. O.Z. Superleggera, multi-piece with rivets 5 Zigen Hiedfeld...etc. etc.) Some people like to keep it more of a "Luxsury" car look (Momo- Quasar 2, Dronell M05 [your pick] etc. etc..) Some people prefer the "Low Rider" look (lots of chrome). And then there are wheels in between. Just do what I did... I went on line... and looked up wheel after wheel after wheel.... Of course I changed my mind a least 10 times before I made my final decision. There's a picture gallery in this website with lots of pics to look at. Just keep in mind... if you see something you like... make sure it's got the offset for your (our) TL (depends on the size of the wheel).

But what ever you decide on.... I strongly advice getting at least 18" wheels!!! It'll look a lot better.

I hope that help. Good Luck!!!

rivets or without?

there is no fitment if you are looking for the riveted m05, but i heard the single piece m05s will not be out for a couple of more months. if you heard otherwise, please let us know.

these looked really nice on the car, even without the tires...21"!

Y'know, sometimes bigger just ain't better. 18s and 19s seem just fine on a TL. Just my opinion, though.
