As long as the mounting hardware is there, I see no reason to refuse delivery?

But, I understand if you feel a bit "anal" and want a sealed product.

are all the parts in there? If yes, who cares if it's opened, it's not like you are receiving food so it may be contaminated by something if the packaging is opened. But I guess I am not that anal about stuff like this and some may be

^lol...i would of accepted it as long as everything was in there. for anyone who has this rsb, do the bushings come attached to the bar?

Contact them or whoever you got it from and let them know parts were missing from it. See if they can ship the bushings out to you. I doubt the bushings come pressed in already but I could be wrong.

same thing happened to me. the bushings are actually in a hidden compartment. they're on one of the ends. there's actually a piece of cardboard tightly fitted at one of the ends and inside that compartment, there's a bag with the bushings, instructions, sticker, etc.. i bet UPS plays football with these packages or something.

the RSB is awesome. I think it's causing me to take turns faster...

I refused the package because when i looked in the box I didnt see the bushings. They very well could of been in the place you are talking about but I couldnt see
