Front tire problem

I have a 2008 TLs with 93 K on it. Just started to notice a feeling in the front end. It feels like when a tire is out of balance, there is no shimmy or pulling in the front end. It's more pronounced at times and then it subsides somewhat, depending on the road service. This occurs mostly around 60 mph, yesterday it was bad enough to cause the passenger's side dashboard to rattle.

The noise level in the car has increased exponentially, tough to hear the radio with the tire and road noise. One other thought might be a bent wheel. I have the standard type s wheels and have hit some pretty deep pot holes.
I have four snow tires on the car and they were balanced when they were installed. I'm going to the indy tomorrow and hopefully can explain the problem, any thoughts are appreciated. Thank You.
Bill

Bent wheel or damaged tire is my vote. Either way a quick check at the tire shop will reveal the culprit. With you stating road noise is up, I would assume you have a damaged tire.
