Front (And Rear) Suspension Bushings/Replacement

The back of my 05 6MT started squeaking like an old motel bed.

We put the car up on a lift to inspect, and it turns out there's excessive play in pretty much all the bushings in the back as well as in the control arm/compliance bushings up front.

Mechanic said we could lubricate them if I didn't want to spend the money and get rid of the noise, but I love this car and would rather repair it so it works properly.

Question 1- Where do people buy bushings? I have not been able to find polyurethane replacements yet. Does anyone make a full kit?

Question 2- Anyone got a DIY or a video on replacement? Looks pretty straightforward but I'm sure it will take some time.

Couldn't find anything about this in the FAQs. I'm in California but I just moved here from New York... so my 200,000 mile car is not as clean underneath as most of the others out here.

Any insight is appreciated!
