Guys and Girls,
I decided that at 33, 000 miles I could turn the rotors and do pads to get rid of my lumpy shaking brakes.
Option two was to replace them with new rotors and pads of a high quality. I did my research bought the above products and followed their recommended bedding process.
I first followed the Powerslot rotor bedding procedure and that of the Hawk pads. I cleaned the rotors with soap and water, took my time, used the high temp grease as directed on both sliding areas and backs of pads.
Once I had done EXACTLY as directed, I can report that I have a quiet, smooth and great stopping 06 TL.
I somehow think that following the instructions of both the rotor and pad mgr. to the letter is key to a good resulting repair.
I highly recommend this braking upgrade, and the dust seems no worse that stock pads.

frozen rotors are supposed to last twice as long...we will see!
