Not even close. +38 is wrong even with a 7.5" wheel. An 8" wheel is even worse.

18x8 +50 is just barely inside the front wheel well.

nope won't fit...that is for rwd cars like the lexus.

Sorry, but it won't fit. I have MOMO Quasar 2's and they are a 17X7.5 with a +45 offset. I though I'd have absolutely no problem, but with two passengers in the back and going over bumps or fast turns I was rubbing. It was an easy fix though, just removing the tabs in the rear wheelwells was enough. But a +38 with a 8 width wheel won't fit.
