FF Type 1 rear passenger side clunks

Installed my function and form type 1s about 3 weeks ago and immediately there was a slight clunking noise in the rear while hitting bumps/uneven road.
It went away in about a week but two nights ago i rolled my fenders and lowered the rears another half inch and now it is clunking very bad.
The car needs an alignment pretty badly but i dont think that has anything to do with the clunk

Ive done a search and found about a million things it could possibly be.
Anyone else have a similar problem or suggestions?

I've read more bad reviews that positive reviews on the F&F Type 1. Sucks to say, but it could possibly be a bad strut even though they're brand new. Good news is that I've heard good things about F&F service. Most guys that have had problems just reach out to them in an email and they work things out, often times sending a replacement strut at no cost to the owner.

Hopefully that's not your problem though and you find that it's something simpler. But I'd recommend contacting F&F directly to see if they can help you out.

Well i found out today that my preload was way off on rear passenger side (177mm, should be at 215mm) and i cant recall ever messing with the preloads. Will be checking drivers side rear tomorrow, but i already got the warranty process started with function and form to get the strut fixed/adjusted/replaced. So far their customer service has been great, it just sucks to see my TL back up on the stands after only having it on the road for a few short weeks.
