Falken Ziex ZE-512 235/45ZR17
After reading the specs on the Falken Ziex ZE-512, tires on their website, they seem to meet and exceed the specs of the stock tires. Are they as good as they sound? How do they compare to the stock Michelins on our vehicle?
Noise?
Treadwear?
Handling?
Wet/Dry Performance?
Any reviews/answers to these questions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks guys

I just got a new set of the Falken Ziex in and will be getting them mounted on Thursday, i'll let ya know how they are.. in the meantime, i'm sure there are others who've got experiences with the Ziex on here!

I had these on my 2004 TL before I upgraded to 18" rims. These tires stick like glue in the dry and wet, and even do well in light snow. However, they do get a little noisy after 10k miles, especially if you don't rotate them religiously.
Good tires other than the noise!

Looking forward to your report once you get them mounted.
How would you compare the noise to the Michelins?
I would also like to add that I tend to drive my car a bit hard at times, do the these tires feel secure/stiff? They don't have that 'gummy/mushy' feel to them, do they?
Thanks again for your promt replies.
