factory wheel finish, what is it

im trying to get quotes for sandblasting my wheels to get them powder coated. the places are asking what the factory finish is. Are they factory powder coated or just regular auto paint?

the color is pretty much exactly the dark gunmetal TL color. you can buy the touch up paint at the dealership for it. almost exact match. forget the name of the color though.
