excessive brake dust

excessive brake dust

i changed my pads last week but it seems i need to change my rotors cause they are warp but i have excessive brake dust is that normal or cause the rotors are warped?

What pads did you use? Warped rotors should only cause noise/vibration, I never heard of it affecting dusting, as that should be a function of pad compound... Unless your calipers are dragging/binding....

In my case, I switched pads to Akebono ProACT Ceramics, from TireRack... Same stopping power, but waaaay less dusting... Seem to last much longer too...
