Hello there, I was curious as to what an average price I should be looking at to have a local shop install my lowering spring on my 08 TLS?

Obviously shops vary, but was just looking for an average estimate of what I'm looking at. I am going to be making calls here soon to find out but wanted some input on what is 'fair'.

Sadly I do not have the tools, space, or time to tackle doing this install myself So I will be having a suspension shop do this for me.

Then, was is the average price of an alignment?

Alignments can be anywhere from $70-100. I would try to find some place that has lifetime alignments.
